At KS Systems we aim to reduce CO2 emissions. The best results are achieved when we find partners that share this ambition. We are pleased to announce that we deliver our roll formed steel profiles for NewCold’s state-of-the-art new warehouse development in Dinteloord using electric trucks arranged by KS Project Logistics.

Rolf Exalto, Managing Director of KS Systems, is delighted: "We thank NewCold for the opportunity to take a different approach to the logistics for their project. They were open to new ideas and took time to explore the alternative using electric vehicles (EVs). It is inspiring to see what you can achieve together when you share a commitment to sustainability. The unique combination of distance between production site to construction site and effective logistics planning makes it possible to transport three tuck loads per day using an EV truck. By doing this we save 3200 kg CO2, equivalent to the annual CO2 emissions of an average household or a return flight Amsterdam-New York for one person. Put another way, it amounts to the annual emissions of an internal combustion car travelling 16,740 miles / 26,940 kilometers a year.
